This item is brand new and unused, with the anti-slip base still attached.
I've decided to part with it because I can no longer bake as much as I'd like after moving.
This was purchased new for my students when I had a home baking class before moving.
I ended up moving before I could use it, so I hope it can be useful to someone else! (T_T) ?
This is a compact 20cm natural marble turntable. It's the perfect size for 5-inch (15cm) decorated cakes!
Marble has low thermal conductivity, so the turntable stays cool while you work, which is great because it prevents the buttercream from melting and allows for smoother frosting. ★☆?(ゝ。?)??
Since this is a smaller turntable, you can easily put it in the refrigerator!
Nowadays, there are more recipes for 15cm cakes, aren't there?
