This was received when participating in a udon-making experience at Nakano Udon School, a popular handmade udon school in Kagawa Prefecture.
One of the three I received has been opened and is being used at home.
The photo of the hanging scroll is of the one being used at home.
The weight at the bottom of the hanging scroll is a wooden rolling pin. It comes with a secret recipe, so if you prepare the ingredients, you can make delicious Sanuki udon at home!
Please also use the rolling pin for making soba, bread, and sweets, not just udon.
