Pot for boiling pasta, udon, ramen, and soba noodles, with a boiling pot.
Includes 5 draining baskets and a dedicated ring for 6 baskets.

After purchase, it was stored in a home warehouse with almost no use. Since one of the draining baskets is still in use, only 5 will be listed.

The baskets are reportedly from a manufacturer in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, and are their own brand. I have been using them for over 20 years, and they are very durable.

The pot has a mark on it.
Upon investigation, it appears to be from the brand Endo Shoji, a supplier of commercial kitchenware. It is a substantial piece.

The diameter of the pot is approximately 50cm.

Although it is a used item, it has been used infrequently and is in beautiful condition.
