This is a handmade soba and udon noodle-making tool set.

Set Contents:
Noodle-cutting knife: A specialized knife for cutting soba noodles to a uniform thickness.

Kneading bowl: A bowl for mixing soba flour and water and kneading the dough. In the image, the red-colored bowl inside is this item.

Dough board / Noodle board: A flat wooden board for thinly rolling out the dough.

2 Rolling pins: Used to spread the dough to a uniform thickness on the dough board.

Cutting board and Komaita (guide board): A guide (backing board) used when cutting with a knife to ensure a consistent width.

Scale shown in the 11th image.
Measuring cups and funnel are not included as they were broken.

There are some dirt and scratches as it has been used several times.
