This is Chirifuru, a special sieve for reusing dusting flour when making soba noodles.
It allows you to collect and reuse the dusting flour after stretching and cutting the soba.
Made from high-quality domestic cypress wood.
Uses a 50-mesh stainless steel wire mesh that allows dusting flour to pass through easily.
Can be used for home use.
Although unused, there are stains as shown in images 8 and 9. These are normally present, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
