This is a natural whetstone from Okudono, Nakayama.
It is a whetstone with a wooden base for chisels and petty knives.

This was not made by an amateur for sale, so some parts are roughly finished. Please only purchase if you understand this.
Both whetstones are glued to wooden bases.

The sides of the whetstones are coated with cashew to make them less prone to chipping. The wooden bases are also treated with preservative to make them more resistant to rot.
Both whetstones attached to the base are from Okudono.
