Polishing method: Polished SS400 mild steel with artificial whetstone #1000, then polished for approximately 2 minutes.
Magnification: 120x.
Please note that the stone may have been treated with Natural Whetstone Curing Material Ishisan to prevent cracking. This does not affect sharpening.
We believe that placing this stone between the finishing stone and the previous one will result in faster and cleaner finishes.
Sharpening is very efficient if you first create slurry with a diamond whetstone and then use this stone.
