I am listing this item because I have switched my entire main sharpening stone collection to extra-thick stones, and I no longer have space on my shelves.

This is a hard stone, finished to a mirror polish at the very end.
I believe the best method is to start polishing with less water and finish with more water to achieve a mirror polish and tighten the edge. Recommended for those who have some experience with natural whetstones, or for enthusiasts! You won't feel any unevenness, so it shouldn't be a concern. Thank you!
