This cushion is handled at chiropractic clinics. It was opened and used about 2-3 times each, either with other covers or placed under other cushions.
While there are individual differences, the fabric has a characteristic tendency to fray. There are several areas with slight fraying or fuzziness that do not affect use, but there are no major stains or tears, and the zippers are in good condition.

We believe the condition is among the beautiful items, but please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about small details or seek perfection.

We purchased nearly 10 of these to help a family member with their back pain. This cushion seems to have helped that family member much more than a back belt. We are selling them because we cannot use all of them ourselves.
