A steaming dish made of Mino ware.
Use it by placing it on top of your existing pot, and serve it directly to the table. It is a 3-piece set consisting of a steaming plate, a drip tray, and a lid. (Includes a recipe book)

It can be used for steamed dishes such as vegetables, meat, and shumai, as well as for steamed soups like clams steamed in sake.
Boil plenty of water in your existing pot (18-24cm) and place the steamer on top of the pot.
Once steamed, you can serve it directly to the table.
Steaming vegetables, fish, meat, etc. allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients, and it is also healthy.
The far-infrared effect from the ceramic creates delicious steamed dishes.
