This is a Sailor Moon nail clipper sold by Kaijirushi.
It features a guardian star mark pattern, is a size S measuring approximately 6.5cm, and is made in Japan.
I couldn't bring myself to use it, and after opening it, I kept it in a small container.
There are some minor, unnoticeable scuffs on the plastic parts, but the metal parts are clean.
