This is a cooking griddle in the shape of a round plate.
This is the smaller diameter product.

Because it is originally shaped like a plate, it can also be used as a hot plate for heating over a campfire.
(It is also possible to finish seared steaks on the table using charcoal, but please be careful to avoid burns.)
Like a regular plate, the edges are curved and raised, so there is no worry about oil spilling out.

Customers who own our Lock Pan SC, which is a griddle that doubles as a lid for our Shera cups, can also use this product as a lid for the Lock Pan SC. However, please exercise extreme caution when handling it in this manner.
It can be carried using the handle for the Lock Pan. (Commercially available tongs and pliers can also be used.)
