■ Heat-free cooking by heat retention
Heat retention cooking is a cooking method where you heat ingredients for a short time and then let them cook using residual heat. This means you no longer need to keep boiling ingredients while cooking. The Shuttle Chef, with its high heat retention power, similar to a stainless steel vacuum flask, allows you to easily, deliciously, and enjoyably cook any ingredient.
■ From constant supervision to hands-off cooking
Place ingredients and seasonings in the cooking pot, heat it, and once the boiling time is complete, remove the cooking pot from the heat, place it in the heat retention outer container, and leave it for the specified time. Since you don't need to constantly watch the pot while it's cooking, you'll have more time for chores and childcare. Furthermore, the short heating time makes it safe and secure, and significantly saves on gas and electricity costs.
■ Compatible with all heat sources
The cooking pot is compatible with 200V IH cooking heaters and can also be used with gas, electric, induction cooktops, halogen heaters, and ceramic heaters. The bottom of the cooking pot is designed with a 4mm thick base, which transfers heat easily and prevents scorching. Furthermore, there is no risk of ingredients breaking down or boiling over.
