This cooking pot allows for heat retention cooking by simply placing ingredients in the cooking pot, bringing them to a boil for a short time, and then placing it in the insulated container.
The insulated container, with its high heat retention power similar to a stainless steel vacuum flask, keeps the food hot inside the cooking pot, allowing it to simmer slowly as if on low heat without burning or breaking apart.
