An organic design chair by Alvar Aalto that evokes the warmth of wood and human touch.
The origin of Aalto's design.
This is the Stool 60 from the Finnish company Artek, which remains incredibly popular today. This Supreme special edition features a checkered pattern applied to the masterpiece, known for the warmth of birch wood that deepens with age, its perfectly streamlined form, and the beauty of its three legs.
The original design dates back to 1933.
Reinforcement tape was applied to prevent scratches on the flooring and the stool's three legs. There are slight traces of the tape having been removed. Please check the images.
