Shachihata Capless 9 Name Stamp Order - SoftBank Hawks Special Edition - Otousan Dog

This appears to be an older item, likely received as a shareholder benefit.
It's a SoftBank Hawks limited edition version where you can order a name stamp.
It has been stored in its original box.

I contacted Shachihata, and they informed me that there is no deadline for ordering the stamp surface, so it can still be ordered.
The included instruction manual describes how to apply online and by postcard, but both methods seem to be outdated. For online applications, please refer to the following:

A postcard is also included, but its mailing validity period has expired. Therefore, you will need to affix an 85-yen stamp and correct the recipient address, as it appears to have changed. Please be aware of this.
Please note that shipping is not available outside of Japan.

This is an unused item and comes with its box. However, the box has some minor scratches and dents. Due to shipping costs, I plan to ship it without the box.
