Sankara Drum African Frame Drum
15.18 $
Description
This is an African frame drum made of unglazed pottery stretched with goatskin, also known as a Sankara drum, Sakara drum, or Bata drum.
Originally, the wood used to secure the skin protruded as shown in the last photo, but it was painful to hold, so it has been cut down as much as possible without compromising the fixation.
There are some chipped areas on the unglazed part from the time of purchase.
The included sticks from the purchase broke early on, so they are not included.
Please feel free to ask any other questions.
