Daiwa's recent screw-in Type S handles can be used.
The black rubber is a genuine part used in Daiwa's screw-in reels.
Use rubber cement for bicycle tube repairs.
This will be either for right-hand or left-hand use only.
The outer diameter of the handle replacement cap is 14mm. The genuine handle cap has an outer diameter of 18.6mm and is larger, but it is the size of the reel's tip.
The hexagonal shaft and handle replacement cap are made of high-grade 316 stainless steel.
As it is made of metal, minor scratches may occur. Those who are concerned or seeking a perfect product should not purchase.
Please comment whether you want the right-hand or left-hand exclusive model.
Daiwa's screw-in handles: the right-hand handle's screw comes off in 2.5 turns.
We recommend the left-hand handle. The screw has about 5 turns.
The handle replacement cap has a light line that rotates as you move your eye position due to light reflection.
If this is a concern, please paint it before use.
