Limited stock! We have developed a reinforced drag disk for the new 23 Engetsu Premium! This product can be used for deepタイラバ (tairaba), as well as for tachiuo tenya fishing with manual reels, squid metal, cuttlefish, yellowtail, and bottom fishing for species like akou and hirame, and other light fishing applications. The product is processed using water jet cutting technology for improved precision. A simple manual for disassembling the gear box and handle area is included (see photos).

*We are not responsible for any malfunctions or defects in the reel body caused by the installation of the reinforced drag disk. Please install at your own risk.
*To install, remove the handle area, unscrew a few screws, and open the gear-side body to access the gears. Clean the drag disk mounting area of the drive gear and the ratchet gear with parts cleaner or similar, then replace the genuine drag disk.
*Do not apply grease to the drag disk during installation. It is a dry type.
*Drag disks are consumable parts.

Compared to the genuine drag disk, you don't need to tighten the drag handle as much, resulting in a much more controllable feel.
