Shakuhachi Bag with Shoulder Strap

The length and width that fit into each shakuhachi bag vary by individual piece.

This was intended for instruments with a diameter of 5 cm and a total length of 54-55 cm. It might fit a 56 cm one, but we cannot guarantee it.

Shakuhachi instruments are often around 54 cm in length and 5 cm in diameter, but we are unsure.
We do not own a shakuhachi, so we cannot answer questions about whether it will fit.

The top and bottom fabric gussets will be adjusted based on the diameter of the shakuhachi.
Even if the total length of the instrument is long, if it is thick in diameter, gussets will be created at the top and bottom, making it difficult to fit many instruments.
For an idea of thickness, we have included a photo with an unopened mini juice can (approx. 5.2 cm) for reference.

We have no plans to create Type B shakuhachi bags with shoulder straps as they cause issues when worn on the back.

As shown in the photo, this is a type that ties with the two straps sewn onto the side.
Please do not put heavy items in it!
