◇About the Creator◇
We sell handmade shinobue flutes made by a father and daughter. The father has been a shinobue instructor in Shimane Prefecture for about 25 years and is also a flute craftsman. We craft shinobue and kagurabue flutes from female bamboo (shinonome bamboo) harvested from the Shizuma River (formerly Ginzan River), dried for over 3 years.

◇Description◇
Shinobue flutes with accurate keys that can be used for ensemble playing or with other instruments are expensive. Therefore, we create them ourselves for our students.
The finger hole spacing is approximately 5mm narrower than that of an 8-hole flute, making it easier for elementary school students to cover the holes. This makes it ideal for children's first flute.

◇Accessories◇ Instruction Manual (Finger Chart)
