JIVE LIFTER Rare Beautiful Used Condition

This is a JIVE board, handled by Holy Smoke, which has been explosively popular. These JACOB hand-shaped boards are around ¥300,000 new at Holy Smoke. Used boards are also in short supply and command a premium, selling out the moment they become available, making it a popular brand.

Boards in the 6-foot range are sized for shortboarders, while 8-foot and above lean towards longboards. A 7.7-foot size is a great size for a mid-length.

The bottom features a tact edge similar to an edge board, with a flat to single concave to channel tri-plane bottom. The speed you get when engaging the rail in choppy waves is incredible.

The nose tip has a down rail, and the three stringers provide moderate flex.

While it's fundamentally a twin fin model, it has one FCS box in the center, allowing for the attachment of fins like the Nabster.

It's best with S-WINGS twin fins and the dedicated Nabster.

The solid four channels provide straight-line stability even with twin fins. It's a fun board for waist-to-chest high waves, offering a good release on top turns.

I have multiple boards and have used this one only a few times. There's one brush-painted repair where it hit when removing the fins, but it's a quality used board with minimal foot marks.
