I build amplifier cabinets and speaker cabinets in my spare time, alongside my main work of furniture making.

I've carefully crafted this general-purpose speaker cabinet during my limited free time.

I selected SPF lumber with minimal knots for the main body and used high-quality birch plywood for the back panel.

Grille cloth: Oxblood Yellow
Baffle board: MDF (12mm thick)
Speaker mounting screws: (4-point mounting, 5x20 truss head screws included)

Wiring: Switchcraft #11 mono phone jack, insulated washer with shoulder, plastic insulated washer, jack plate (may have minor scuffs even when new), BELDEN 9497, Faston terminals (Audio Technica TL205M, 5.2mm male side), Kester44 solder used
Rubber feet: Commercially available
Finish: Oil stain (Teak color), urethane sanding sealer base coat, urethane semi-flat top coat

I've put a lot of effort into making this a solid build, which also affects its sound.

I hope you enjoy using this cabinet as a base to explore your preferred tone by adding sound-absorbing material, changing speakers, or modifying the wiring.

The wood grain is continuous as the panels are assembled sequentially.

The older side of the annual rings (which was the outer side of the wood when it was growing) is positioned on the outside of the cabinet, just as it was when the tree was alive.

The main body is joined using half-blind dovetail joints.

I strive to build with care, but please refer to the photos for any scratches, dents, warping, chips, cracks, uneven coloring, finish inconsistencies, or speaker mounting marks that may have occurred during the manufacturing process.
