【Showa Retro】NEW TOP Soldier's Mess Tin, 4-Go Capacity, New Top Vintage
【Rare / Discontinued Item】
This is a military-style mess kit from **NEW TOP (Shindate Seisakusho)**, a domestic brand that supported the golden age of outdoor activities in the Showa era.
As the manufacturer is no longer in business, this is a hard-to-find vintage item.
It is broad bean shaped, the same as the Type 1 Combat Mess Kit used by the Japan Self-Defense Forces, making it easy to fit against the waist. Its rugged design is perfect for camping and bushcraft.
Found during a clean-out of my parents' home, it was likely purchased in the 1960s (Showa 40s).
