This is the M300, the highest-end model of classical guitar from the renowned Japanese craftsman Ryozo Matsuoka.
It was positioned as the top model in the lineup at the time and is now an extremely rare instrument.

The Ryozo Matsuoka M300 is a genuine concert model made with high-quality materials, boasting rich bass, clear treble, and excellent volume and sustain.

While I originally had no intention of selling it, it has been stored for many years with very little use. Therefore, I am listing it for sale to someone who will play it regularly or appreciate its value.
