Vintage/antq Pressed Glass Covered Butter Dish Gold Trim Starburst Scalloped 7"

Beautiful vintage clear pressed glass covered butter dish / serving dish featuring an ornate starburst and geometric pattern with gold-painted accents. The domed cover has a wonderfully faceted decorative finial, and the matching underplate features an elaborate scalloped and fan-shaped border. The gold detailing gives this piece an especially elegant vintage table setting look. Measures approximately 7 across the underplate. Very good vintage condition with some age-related wear/rubbing to the gold-painted accents. No obvious cracks noted. There is one very small area along the edge that feels slightly rough/jagged to the touch and may be a tiny flea bite or manufacturing irregularity. Please review all photos closely as they are part of the condition description. A gorgeous piece for a vintage table, holiday entertaining, butter or cheese service, or display in a china cabinet.
