As you can see, this is a wonderful tea utensil.
This is a very rare tea scoop personally crafted by Zabo-sai. The initial carving was done by Rissai Komazawa, one of the ten Senke craftsmen, so it is impeccable (there is a stamp on the bottom of the box). The name Wakamatsu (young pine) is also excellent.

Size (approximate): Tea scoop - Length 18cm, Width 1cm. Near mint condition (may actually be unused). *Please understand that these are amateur measurements and may contain errors.
