Tea scoop length approx. 18.3 cm
Cylinder length approx. 21.8 cm, diameter approx. 2.5 cm
Kyoto Kennin-ji Temple, 7th Abbot, Chikuden Ekishu's
Tea scoop, named Matsukaze (Pine Wind).
Made with the Shimo-kusuri (lower shaving) technique by Muneryu.
No original box.

These are items from my mother, who was a tea ceremony instructor. She has retired, so I will be listing them gradually.
I do not have knowledge of the tea ceremony, so I am providing information based on Google search results. Please make your decision based on the images.

They appear to have been handled with care, but these are items that have been around for a long time.

The folded Japanese paper inside has stains due to age.

I hope these can be used for practice or lessons.

Thank you for viewing.
