② Adjustable truss rod, StewMac brand

This item belonged to my father, who enjoyed making guitars in his spare time.

It appears to have been actually mounted and shows signs of use. There is some rust, but it is believed to still be usable. There is no significant damage to the rubber covering the rod. I am not knowledgeable about truss rods, so I cannot provide detailed performance or evaluation.

It is approximately 6mm wide, 365mm long, and uses a 34mm hex wrench. I'm not sure what that would be in inches...

Compared to square-type truss rods, this one is slim and lightweight. I recall my father mentioning that he tried to use this type for lighter woods like mahogany bodies or to achieve resonance throughout the neck, but I am unsure of the actual effect.
