◆Both GHL-1 and GHL-2 are lock nuts with a width of 43mm, and the difference is how the nut is fixed.
The GHL-1 is fixed with screws from the bottom (back side) of the nut, while the GHL-2 is fixed with screws from the top (front side) of the nut.

The FGR has a nut width of 41mm and is mainly suitable for Stratocaster/ST type guitars.
