■Important Notes
*Note 1) Installation
Modification of the guitar body is required for installation.
- Basic installation fee: ¥11,000 (tax included) (separate from the product price)
- For models with a 0-fret, the 0-fret will be removed for installation.
- During installation, the fingerboard needs to be cut (approximately 2mm towards the 1st fret). Therefore, if you wish to revert to the original state, further modification will be required to add material back.
*Note 2) Fingerboard Radius
The nut is set for a Fender 9.5-inch radius as standard.
While it can be used on other types, the playing condition will change if installed on a fingerboard radius other than 9.5 inches. Please be aware of the following:
- If the radius is tighter than 9.5 inches (e.g., 7.25R): The string height of the 1st and 6th strings will be higher.
(Example: Radius of vintage Fender models, etc.)
- If the radius is flatter than 9.5 inches (e.g., 14R): The string height of the 3rd and 4th strings will be higher.
(Example: Radius of Gibson models, etc. *Note 4)
*Note 2) Nut Width
This is set as standard for guitars with a nut width of 42mm (string spacing 7mm).
If installed on a guitar with a narrower nut width, the nut will protrude from the neck, and there is a possibility of the 1st and 6th strings easily slipping off.
*Note 3) Compatible String Gauges
Compatible with gauges from 0.09-0.42 to 0.10-0.46.
*Note 4) Examples of Incompatible Models
- Cannot be installed on bullet nut type found on 1970s Fenders, etc.
- Generally cannot be used on models with a headstock angle.
