Vintage Chinese Cloisonne 12" Bottle Vase Zi Jin Cheng Label Mille Fleur Brass

Featuring an incredibly dense mille fleur (thousand flowers) pattern, this piece showcases a meticulous web of hand-applied brass filigree wirework.  The vibrant, multi-colored floral details pop beautifully against a deep, lustrous ground of warm russet-red and rich burgundy.  Standing an impressive 12 tall with an exceptionally wide, substantial 7.5 bulbous base, this vase has fantastic visual weight and presence.  It's striking long-neck silhouette makes it a grand standalone focal piece perfect for a fireplace mantel, entryway console table, or a curated bookshelf vignette.  The base retains its original silver foil Zi Jin Cheng (Forbidden City) label over a classic blue counter-enamel underbelly. This label signifies production from the renowned state-run artisan factories of Beijing during the mid-to-late 20th century export era.    Pre-owned item in excellent condition.
