I am currently organizing my parents' home.
This item has been stored at home for a considerable period, likely over 60 years. While many years have passed, it is a rather fine piece.
As it comes from an old family, it was probably one of the dowry items. It was stored in a chest of drawers. There are no severe stains, but there are some minor spots.
I would be happy to pass it on to someone who has carefully examined the photos and is satisfied and pleased with it.

　　Nishijin-ori (Nishijin Weaving) Kakefukusa (Ceremonial Cloth)

The front features cranes, turtles, and pine, bamboo, and plum motifs in gold and silver threads, while the back has a family crest in gold thread. The fabric is thick, similar to that of an obi. I am not an expert, so please forgive any inaccuracies.
