Found in the storage closet at my parents' home.
It's still in a sealed plastic bag with a snap closure. My father didn't have a habit of wearing kimonos, so I believe it's new and unused.
I'm not very knowledgeable about kimonos, but after searching for similar items in photos, it strongly resembles the Kenjo pattern of Chikuzen Hakata-ori.
I have wealthy relatives living in Fukuoka, and they've given me many other Hakata-ori items like ties, so I believe this was also a gift.
It's been quietly sleeping in the closet, so I'd be happy if someone could use it.
