A lifetime piece of innocence furniture. Solid cedar slab side table No. 17

This is a single-board table crafted by Kikoriya, who works closely with mountains, to bring out the unique character of aged cedar. The warm texture, unique to cedar, and the flowing, beautiful grain created by nature are truly works of art. As a precious, one-of-a-kind item, it will add a comfortable presence to your space.

◯ Commitment to Submerged Drying without compromise
This product is made through traditional Japanese **Submerged Drying.** After felling, the wood is submerged in water to remove impurities, and then naturally dried over five years. This long process is dedicated to beauty that will not change for decades to come.
• Peace of mind without warping: By taking the time to stabilize the wood at a cellular level, it is characterized by extremely little cracking or warping compared to general lumber.
• Clear wood grain: Cedar that has had its sap thoroughly removed through submerged drying has its beauty further enhanced.
Once acquired, it will become a life partner that you won't need to replace for 10 or 20 years. We have pursued quality that can be passed down through generations, allowing you to enjoy the deepening color and luster that changes with age.

◯ The joy of touching the wood grain
• Handcrafted: Coated twice with Watco oil and finished with natural beeswax. You can feel a smooth, almost clinging texture, along with the soft warmth unique to cedar and a calming natural scent.
• Uses: A side table next to your sofa, a low table for a Japanese-style room, a stand for displaying houseplants, or even a luxurious piece of furniture for your beloved pet.
