Vintage 1950's ornate vanity compact / makeup case with an exceptionally detailed black, gold and metallic beaded lid. The hinged case has a beautiful gold-tone interior with a large mirror, textured engine-turned detailing, powder compartment, lipstick holder and a secret compartment.  Includes the original accessories:  Gold-tone lipstick tube with lipstick still inside  Original peach-colored powder puff  Gray fabric cosmetic/accessory pouch with cream whipstitch trim  Tortoiseshell-style comb  Original pressed powder  Large interior mirror  The lid features a striking black geometric pattern outlined in gold with raised/shimmering silver, gold and copper-toned embellishments. The ornate silver-tone border adds even more detail.  Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear, scratches, scuffs and some discoloration/patina to the metal and interior.
