Please confirm availability via comment before purchasing, as we also sell on other sites and our own homepage.

This is a listing for a Celine ultra-heavy double soundproof room manufactured by Shin Nihon Music, rated at -50db for 3.7 tatami mats.

*This item includes multiple very large panels. If installing on the second floor of a house or an upper floor of an apartment, there is a high possibility that carrying it up stairs or via elevator will be difficult. Please inquire in advance, as additional charges for hoisting or carrying up stairs may be high, or delivery may not be possible. Assembly is expected to take two days.

*The weight is approximately 2.5 tons, making it extremely heavy. While there should be no major issues on reinforced concrete or the first floor of a house, if you have concerns, please consult with your building's construction company or manager and consider investigating under the floor or reinforcing the floor if necessary. Please note that we do not provide these services.

*Delivery will be by a 2-ton wide long truck.
Depending on the accessibility and parking situation at the installation site, we may need to transfer the item to a different vehicle for delivery, which may incur separate vehicle and transportation fees. Please be aware of this in advance.

The basic installation fee (for the Tokyo 23 wards and surrounding areas) is ¥158,000 (tax included) and will be charged separately.
