This is a listing for a Sound Japan 4.6 tatami mat soundproof room with -35db soundproofing.

This is originally a double-structured soundproof room.
It had a performance of -55db at 500Hz, but due to the reasons below, it is now being sold as a single-structure unit.

- A double-structure unit weighs around 2500kg, which is too heavy for installation in a typical home.
- Even as a single-structure unit, it offers sufficient soundproofing performance of -35db.

This is the outer soundproof room. The interior is not finished and consists of an aluminum frame with carpet backing (black), but it can be used as is.

*Traditionally, our Power Double soundproof rooms have guaranteed a performance of -40db even in a single-structure configuration. However, the specifications for the current model have changed. The wall material has been changed from concrete to a layered structure of wood and resin. The door specifications remain the same, with a heavy glass door, but the wall weight has been significantly reduced. Therefore, we have set the guarantee at -35db for this unit.

*A new LED light and tile carpet (you can choose the color) are included free of charge.
*It comes with one outlet with 2 sockets and one switch with 2 sockets (independent control for lighting and ventilation fan).

**Dimensions**
Internal dimensions: 2,360 x 3,060 x 2,050mm (Width x Depth x Height)
External dimensions: 2,466 x 3,159 x 2,240mm (Width x Depth x Height) (Ventilation fan adds approx. 100mm)

**Soundproofing Performance & Weight**
-35db, approximately 1400kg

**Delivery & Installation**
- In addition to the product price, a basic installation fee of 158,000 yen (tax included) will be charged separately.
(Additional charges may apply for remote locations depending on the region.)

**Notes**
- The weight is approximately 1400kg (the door alone weighs 60kg).
- Installation is most feasible in reinforced concrete buildings (upper floors are acceptable) or on the first floor of detached wooden houses. In older wooden houses, floor reinforcement may be necessary. We recommend obtaining permission in advance if you are renting.

**Condition**
- This soundproof room was ordered by a customer, but due to circumstances after arrival, it could not be installed. It arrived at our facility in its original packaging.
