There are numerous glue marks on the ceiling and walls.
These are from the previous owner applying adhesive to attach sound-absorbing materials.
We will remove as much as possible upon delivery, but complete removal is difficult.
You can either cover the marks by attaching sound-absorbing panels with masking tape and double-sided tape, or
if the marks do not bother you, you can use the room as is.
The soundproofing performance will not be affected.
