This is a semi-junk item.
The biggest concern is that the screw part at the bottom, which can be directly attached to a microphone stand, is a bit wobbly and unstable, possibly due to a missing washer.
However, as shown in the photos, it can be used without issue when placed on a flat surface like a table.
Furthermore, I have not actually tested it by directly attaching it to a microphone stand, so it might attach without any problems. It's worth a try.
Otherwise, the condition is clean, but one bolt screw on the back is missing. (See photo)
The microphone and shock mount shown in the photo are not included.
