Set of seven vintage John Holden Thorne, single topic, cookbooks and essays. All first edition by the Jackdaw press. Includes a Treatise on Onion Soup, Pesto and Summer meals, down East chowder, rice & beans, pizza, just another bowl of Texas red, and a pie and a pint. All in fairly good condition with exception of some incidental marks on a couple of them. Onion soup does have a onion soup stain on the cover. These are quintessential, Portland, author cookbook, single topic, essays.
