COCO JOE'S
HULA GIRL DREAMS
1977 / Vintage
MADE IN HAWAII

COCO JOE'S was a manufacturer that created various Hawaiian motif items by mixing lava and resin from the 1960s to the 1990s. Unfortunately, they went out of business in 1998, and their remaining items, including TIKIs, are now considered valuable.

HAPA WOOD, located at the bottom of the decal on the back of the hula girl, translates to half wood in Hawaiian. However, it is actually made of hard resin and has a texture that makes it look like real wood at first glance, giving this hula girl figurine a rich antique feel.

The body, made of lava and resin, exudes a unique black color, and from any angle, the intricate and three-dimensional design will mysteriously transform your room into a stylish space just by placing it there.
