Description
Gorgeous, vintage mid-century liqueur/cordial decanter set imported by the American Cut Crystal Corporation. This striking set features deep, vibrant cobalt blue glass wrapped in beautifully detailed silver-plated floral filigree metal work. The contrast between the rich blue glass and the ornate metal gives it an elegant Hollywood Regency look that stands out beautifully on any bar cart or display cabinet. (1) Cobalt Blue Glass Decanter (1) Matching Solid Cobalt Blue Teardrop Glass Stopper (1) Filagree Metal Base (6) Matching Cordial / Liqueur Glasses with Filigree Metal Stems Measurements: Decanter height with base & stopper 13 , circumference 14. Goblets 4 with base Decanter weight with base 1 lb 13.5 oz Condition: Excellent pre-owned vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks in the blue glass bodies or the stopper. Five of the glasses are attached to their bases, and the one that is removable has adhesive residue (see last photo). The silver-plated filigree bases show some normal vintage patina, minor tarnishing, and surface wear consistent with age. They can be gently polished if a brighter silver finish is preferred, or left as-is for a classic vintage aesthetic.
