Description
I love that it is unfinished. Hand stitched natural muslin and red cotton. Center square is penciled Nellie Pryor, Del Rey, ill. 1895. The other names are T.H. Pryor, Connie Sherman, J.H. Sherman, Minnie Tarbox, Katie Randall. Similar signature quilts were often made by community organizations like church ladies' aid societies or local clubs. Would look great in a rustic frame.
