This piece measures approximately 75 x 56, making it a good size to adorn a twin bed, use as a large couch throw, or an eye-catching decorative wall hanging.  This quilt features 12 individual patchwork blocks, each showcasing a unique Sunbonnet Sue or Colonial Lady figure in an elegant dress holding a parasol umbrella. The dresses are made of organza. The pink fabric in between the squares is textured double-knit. I think the squares are made of muslin—they are natural color.  Condition Note:This is a vintage, handmade item.
