Vintage black straw pillbox or boater style hat - tagged by Winkelman’s - with a wide velvet hatband and an upturned brim.  No other tags or hallmarks - appears to be circa 1960's.  A nice vintage basic - you will need a hatpin to keep this one in place.  In excellent condition - gently worn - no flaws.
