Vintage 80s 90s Handmade Southwestern Slumber Bag Sleepover Mat W/ Pillow Pocket

Unique one of a kind handmade vintage late 1980s / early 1990s lightweight slumber bag / sleepover nap mat.   Features a vibrant, maximalist Southwestern abstract geometric print in a bold colorway of neon pink, purple, royal blue, teal green, and red.  This is a custom, beautifully crafted piece featuring a built-in pillow pocket (approx. 16 x 16) at the head of the mat designed to hold a standard pillow insert securely in place during use!  FEATURES:  Vibrant retro Aztec/Southwestern collage print  Lightweight low-loft internal batting (perfect for indoor use, preschool naps, or sleepovers)  Integrated pillow sleeve/pocket at the headrest area  DIMENSIONS (Approximate):  Total length: 67 inches  Total width: 40 inches  Pillow pocket: 16 inches wide x 16 inches deep  CONDITION: Excellent vintage handmade condition. No fabric or care tags present. Colors remain exceptionally bright and vivid. The stitching is secure, and the stuffing is intact.  RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS:  Because this is a cherished handmade item, it is highly recommended to wash on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water using a front-loading machine, and air dry or tumble dry with no heat to preserve the vintage batting and vibrant colors.
