This is an adjustment tape for bowling thumb holes.
Each pack contains 32 sheets.
When your ball feels like it's slipping and you might drop it, apply one sheet to the thumb pad area of the thumb hole. Applying it with the rounded corner facing up will make it less likely to peel off. The adhesive leaves little residue, so it won't be sticky when removed.
While primarily used for adjusting the thumb pad area, it can also be applied to the back of the thumb hole to adjust the overall hole size.
Insert your finger and apply the tape so that the center of the tape aligns with the center of your thumbnail.
When applying to the thumb pad, place it on the opposite side of your nail.
When applying to the back of the thumb hole for size adjustment, you can layer the tape. Since the adhesive leaves little residue, the tape underneath won't become sticky when removed.
When layering the tape, apply it slightly offset. This will make it easier to remove if your finger swells and the hole becomes tight.
