Thank you for looking.
This is an unopened item, but as it has been stored away, the outer bag has faded, paint is chipped, and there are minor dirt marks, so it is not in very good condition. There are also some small black spots on the contents. (Please refer to image 3). I believe this is within a range that does not affect play, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
One of the packs is an older lot (copyright 2008 is indicated). The outer bag is a different size, but the contents are the same.
As a bonus, I will include one pack of the same tape in a 1/2 inch size (please refer to image 4, this one has been opened and contains 72 pieces). Please take this if you would like to try out the size.
