Decorative Floral Porcelain Plate in Rust, Teal & White

This is a decorative plate in the Imari style, featuring a vibrant palette of rust-red, cobalt blue, and green, highlighted with gold gilt. The center design typically features a floral or vase motif, while the border is divided into panels with intricate patterns.  The mark on this porcelain item is a six-character Chinese mark reading Da Qing Tongzhi Nian Zhi (大清同治年製), which translates to Great Qing Dynasty Tongzhi Period Manufactured.   Actually produced in the 1960s.   This plate is a beautiful, high-quality vintage Japanese-style Imari porcelain plate made for the export market. It was decorated in Hong Kong or Macau using white porcelain blanks manufactured in mainland China. It is an aesthetic, retro decorative piece rather than an imperial 19th-century antique.
